Welcome to Ma Isha Yoga!
After teaching Yoga, Pilates and meditation in my studio for the past twelve years it is now time to share my personal and beloved practice with the world. My classes have a blend of Yoga & Pilates movements and breath work to calm the mind.
In this time when we are challenged by circumstances that are not always in our control we can find Peace and calmness in the midst of the storm by the simpel techniques of Yoga and meditation. To keep our body strong and healthy we add core strength exercises of Pilates.
